    fasting

Ok, so I'm 3days into this.

On about 1600cals workout days and 1400 non workout days.

I train at 6.30pm, and work from 8am to 6pm. So atm I have been fasting from 11pm to 6pm when i break fast with bcaa.

Question is...my pwo meal is about 1200good whole food cals about 8 then i have another 400cals about ten pm.

Would it affect fat loss if i decided to move 300cals from my pwo meal and have them 2hours prior to weights....as atm I'm fasting about 20hours..

    Thanks

Fasting repeatedly isnt the best thing for someone really training hard. Why cant you take some food with you? Tuna fish, whey, etc. Or go hardcore and get a cooler and load it up

I think this is a good question to ask over at AF, as J. Smith no less. Good luck.

CT, what's AF? I'm having a clueless moment.

medici999, why can't you have some shakes during your work day? Disguise them in large coffee containers if you're concerned about co-workers looking askance.

Yeah, that's right, I said it. ASKANCE!

Seriously, co-workers can be very judgmental about someone eating with a goal in mind.

    What's your goal?

And to answer your question, moving the 300cals 2hours prior to your weights would be good, imo. As long as your workouts don't suffer from lack of fuel/energy, right?

    Hey Curt.

Medici999 is/was a member of another board I participate on, AF Board. This subject is a topic of discussion pretty frequently over there, it has some interesting characteristics for dieting.

Medici999 was flamed there quite a few times for doing some real dumb things, he then created an alter (which fooled no one mind you) of J. Smith and continues to search for answers that don't exist.

He's asked about DNP use, tren and other things in hopes of getting leaner. One of the members at AF (who gave diet advice to another member and backs up his advice with pictures of himself, which by the way - he is huge and ripped) was helping another member and J. Smith (he still uses that user name on AF) was asking questions. J. Smith then went to another board (I believe professional muscle) and made a thread about basically how stupid this guys methods were. I don't know if he ever used them but that's beside the point. A few members of AF Board saw the post over at Pro muscle and called him out, J. Smith then went to his thread at pro muscle, made an edit and went about his way.

I think he just can't stick to one basic plan to get leaner, so he keeps switching things around in hopes of finding the "magic diet" that will work for him, instead of sticking to one plan and making adjustments.

I will say I do enjoy his on going feud with a member over there that goes by Cardinal Slin. It's rather comical.

    That's my story Curt.

Just to clarify, we're talking about Intermittant Fasting (a la LeanGains.com?) Or literally fasting like its Ramadan?
