First thing I noticed is that some of your meals are really close together man. I'd try spacing them apart by about 2.5 - 3 hours. That would fill your whole day with usually about 6 solid meals.

9:00am - Get more carbohydrates in here. Have some oatmeal. As the day progresses you should be getting less and less carbohydrates.

10:00am - Although I don't advocate the use of weight gainer this is okay. Weight gainer's carbohydrates are almost all simple.

    12:45pm - Fine.

1:30pm - Why are you having dextrose pre-workout? Can't you eat 90 minutes before your workout and have a big bowl of oatmeal?

    3:00pm - Fine

4:00pm - How about chicken and brown rice?

6:30pm - Okay I guess. I assume you have no control over this meal.

    Snack - Where's the protein?

Pre-sleep - Drop the milk, it is terrible for you, especially before bed. Carbohydrates inhibit the GH release which is crucial to great gains whilst sleeping. Have some whey, cottage cheese and some soy if you have it. Then go for 20 grams of fiber and some flax seed oil. This will help keep your body out of catabolism as you sleep.

    How's your water intake?
