    Smoothie question

Have any of you guys ever used some stuff called "Dr. Smoothie"?

I was training with my big-ass bodybuilding friend (he's a great inspiration!) the past few days @ World Gym. and after our workouts we would have the shake he usually gets at the protein bar at the gym. they use American Whey...he said you get like 50-60g of protein per shake...and they use this Dr. Smoothie stuff that is like a berry blend or something and it tastes F_cking Awesome! I definitely recommend!!!

What's in it? I doubt that its anything more than some maltodextrin/dextrose with some more artificial flavoring. In which case your probably buying an overpriced protein/simple sugar shake.

They have a similar thing in my gym, but that shit costs 5 bucks a pop. I make my shakes for about $2.
