Need Input On My Bulking Diet (On Cycle)

    Hey all.....

    Currently.....

    24
    5'2
    173 lbs (Goal = 190 - 200 and then cut from there)
    14-16% bf

    Cycle
    12 Weeks Test-E 600mg/week
4 Weeks Dbol 30mg/day (first 4 weeks of cycle)
4 Weeks Super DMZ 20mg/day (last 4 weeks of cycle)
    Aromasin / HCG on cycle
    Clomid / Aromasin PCT

I am looking to blow up on this cycle. I am finishing up my first week of pinning. During the day I am at work for 8 hours, but still manage to eat at these times, on the button, everyday. My meals don't differ, this is generally what I always eat. I have gained 25lbs naturally eating this. And my cycle just started. What would you tweak for optimal gains here? I absolutely can not eat ANY TYPE OF SEAFOOD. That's my main draw back. I would like input on my daily intake which is......

    Meal 1 - 5am

Supps: Fish Oil, CLA, Multi, Aromasin

    5 Egg Whites + 2 Whole
    1 Chicken Sausage
1/2 Cup Oatmeal (dry measurement) w/ blueberries

    Meal 2 - 8am

    2 Scoops Whey (50g protein)
    2 tbsp natty p'nut
1/2 cup dry oatmeal blended into shake

    Meal 3 - 11am

    Supps: Fish Oil, CLA

    Chicken Breast
1 Cup Brown Rice (Cooked Measurement)
    1.5 Cup Broccoli

    Meal 4 - 2pm (Pre Workout)

    2 Scoops Whey
    1 Cup 1% Milk
    1/2 cup oatmeal
    Coffee
    5g Creatine
    Cinnamon
    5g Glutamine (Pills)
    BCAAs (Pills)
    30mg Dbol (Pills)

    Meal 5 - 5:30pm (Post Workout)

    2 Scoops Whey
    50g Dextrose
    5g Creatine
    5g Glutamine (Pills)
    BCAAs (Pills)

    Meal 6 - 6:30

    Supps: Fish Oil, CLA

    6oz Chicken Breast
    1 Cup Brown Rice
    1.5 Cup Broccoli

    Meal 7 - 9:30 (Right Before Bed)

    Supps: ZMA

    1 Cup Cottage Cheese

    Rough Calorie Breakdown.....

    Total Calories: 3,433
    Fat: 82.7
    Carbs: 295.6
    Protein: 369.8

    Thank you!!!

Thanks for the response. Unfortunately my genetics will NOT allow me to gain muscle w/o the bodyfat. So I am kinda fluffy right now. But holy shit have I gotten stronger and put on some muscle. Just wearing bigger shirts right now to cope w/ the love handles All in due time haha
