This is a hard thing to find a cookie cutter program. You could start w/ something as basic as the Body for Life program at 16 weeks out, but as you get past 8 weeks, the "dialing in" part becomes the focus because each person responds differently. The primary parameters you have to work with are your macronutrient ratio and your cardio. There's a point beyond which dropping calories just guarantees catabolism so you need to find that optimal point and then manipulate within that calorie range.
