    How to increase Weight and muscles

    Am New to this Forum.

    Thought it would help me to post here.

    Am 20 years old, Male , 51KG Weight.

    SO i want to increase my weight and body.

    so what would be a good diet for me to develop my body.

    I like naturalist diets like those encouraged by the
    WAPF, and also Paleo diets.

    What's your height? If you're too short, increasing weight would make you look obese and ugly. However you can consider taking protein rich diet. Legumes and pulses are a good source of protein. And don't forget to exercise regularly.

    4-5k calories should put on weight pretty quick!

    My Height is 5.11

    SO need to increase my weight a bit more

    now am 54 KG
