    Diet update

JUST thought i would give everyone a diet update as you know i was doing the full keto diet, as 4 weeks ago i changed things up and started adding carbs anyway long story short i have gone from 15 % bf to 10% now weighing 88 kg, have not really been paying too much attention to weight as my chest and arms measurments have not changed the whole yime just my waist.

i have done this purly on diet and supps, very little cardio and i mean very little, the question i have now is i am guessing that to get to that next level, lets say 6-8 % i am going to have to start doing regualr cardio ?
any tips of how many hours cardio a day i should do to get this result in the quickest time possible, muscle wastage wont be a problem as i am combatting this with very good supps.

    any tips would be great.
