    Jogging

    what exactly does jogging do, just lose weight? if im 5,9 only 150 pounds will jogging do me any good? or whatt because im not really fat i got a bit on my stomach but not much at all

    Depends on what your goals are man. Jogging can help with loosing fat yes and also for cardiovascular benefits as well.

    All depends on what you are trying to accomplish.
