Can you please lay out your whole meal plan? You only give part of it.
Two things - I'd replace the Cheerios w/ oats - if you're on a budget, oats are a hellabunch cheaper than commercial cereal & oh so much better for you. Also you need some fats - Peanut butter (best if natural - nothing but peanuts, almonds or cashews) is a great source, as is extra virgin olive oil.
