    Losing weight sick :(

    So I've been sick for the day and and abit and I've gone back to 72 from 73 :/
    Is that a major issue or just something will come back when I'm better

    It will come back as soon as you're healthy and strong again.

    Still did shoulders, not as hard as i would like but..decently apparently im 74.. but water weight

    It will come back bro, you lose a lot of fluids when you are sick and burn more calories because your body is working overtime fighting the infection or virus.
