So i though it would be a good idea to post..a shopping list tips for new people like me as such to bulk/cut/gain And for people to add in so yeah and repices
Bulking for me is mainly
Chicken,
Nuts,
Fish,
Wholemeal pasta,
Brown Rice
oats,
My Oat Shake is (Just tested today)
1 Cup of oats,
3 Tablespoons of nestle milo
2 Cups of Milk in a blender,
You can mix in vanilla protein mix to the oats as well. I throw frozen berries over it when I make it as regular oatmeal.
The easiest way to describe "a shopping list" for BB - stick to the outer edge of your grocery store - that keeps you to the fresh meat, fresh produce, good quality bread, etc.
Track your food by calories when shopping for a cut. If your calorie 'budget' is 2000 kcals a day, buy 14,000 calories of food on the weekly shopping trip. Makes things a lot easier because you simply can't overeat if you don't have the food in the house.
thomas' whole wheat bagels (sooo good!)
brown rice
whole wheat bread
whole wheat pasta
skim milk
wolf brand turkey chili (sometimes I mix in black beans)
assorted frozen veggies
spinach
chicken
tuna
cottage cheese
eggs
Sometimes oats, but I have burnt myself out
