Only Chicken and fish for protein? You must get bored...

Add Turkey breast, top sirloin steak, eggs, and some fresh veggies

Mabey some more healthy fats- extra virgin olive oil, flax seed oil

You can mix in vanilla protein mix to the oats as well. I throw frozen berries over it when I make it as regular oatmeal.

The easiest way to describe "a shopping list" for BB - stick to the outer edge of your grocery store - that keeps you to the fresh meat, fresh produce, good quality bread, etc.

Track your food by calories when shopping for a cut. If your calorie 'budget' is 2000 kcals a day, buy 14,000 calories of food on the weekly shopping trip. Makes things a lot easier because you simply can't overeat if you don't have the food in the house.
