virgin coconut oil (MCT) post workout?

is 1 tbs (10g) of virgin cold pressed coconut oil (MCT) okay as a postowrkout meal along with carbs and protein?

i've read that coconut oil is absorbed very quickly and turned into energy because it cosists of MCT
