

after looking at my diet the other day I released I average 50-60 grams of soluble fiber daily.
can you ingest too much fiber ?
I've found nothing about it besides some "theroy's" about adverse effects on some vitamins and minerals

I have heard up to 100 grams with a minimum of 30.
I think somewhere between deficating over the water level's surface, and having to "plunge" every other time, is about right for you!![]()
