    Anyone here like Greek yogurt?

Smooth taste, mixes easily, no fat and twice the protein of regular yogurt. I eat it every day.

I coat chicken breast in it, leave it over night then cook it. It makes it very juicy and tender.

Greek yogurts is a active culture content is a good deal higher than that of normal yogurt. The most basic ingredient of Greek is Olive oil, and then you have both garlic and lemon. Greek food is very different and simple than any other kind of food.
