    Scales :/

    Ok so my scales my ones at home one day
    I'm 74 oneday I'm 73.6 apparently I'm all over :/ IT'S FCKN ANNOYING is it possible to lose a kg in a day on back/ab day... Thinking not using my personal scales

    yeah its possible... just my two cents here mate but all i can say is forget the scales.. so many people concentrate on hitting a certan weight that then end up putting on loads of fat just to get to a certain weight. Same with weights in the gym for that matter to many people think there something special because they can bench ex amount.. its bs.. bodybuilding is not about how heavy you go its about how using proper form, i know alot of guys who are arounf the 200 plus mark and may look good in a shirt but look all bloated with not much defintion id rather be 165-ripped to the bone then 200 plus and bloated with no definition.. right rant over lol..

    I can lose 3 kilos in 2 hours, if I don't drink. I'm a heavy sweater, and I drink two 1.5 liter bottles of water during a workout and weigh only half a kilo more afterwards. 3 kilos of water in, half a kilo gain. Yes, your weight will easily vary daily within a two kilo range or so, depending on what's in your digestive tract, hydration, sodium levels, etc.
