    Bulk Cal intake

    Starting a Head to head contest that Uncle Z has put on and i am wanting to really put some Mass on! Clean
    Currently
    174 lbs 11% BF
    5-9
    47 yrs old

    I want to end up at the end of 10 weeks at a minimum 185 lbs. Last cycle i ran it was a recomp gained size and decreassed BF but did not gain weight. Was eatting around 4,000 cal a day.

    For your stats Id say shoot for 3500-4000. Start low and work your way up. Thats if you are going for a lean bulk. If you dont care then just start at 4000 and work up. When Im bulking I shoot for 5000 or so. (i weight about 245 though)
