What kind of foods are you eating currently?
If you do a search on this forum for grocery list you can find w8lifter's grocery list which has tons of examples of clean foods you can eat. You should also read the Best nutritional threads at the top of this forum, that will help you a lot.

Also what are your goals? Do you want to cut or bulk?

I guess I am looking to cut. My diet is pretty up and down at the minute. I am following a 3 day split Chest/Shoulders/Tris, Back/Bis, Legs with abs done everyother sesison. I workout every other/2 days depending on how I feel. I have started looking at the articles..

    cheers

I think that your training split looks good. Once you get the diet together things should really start happeneing for you!

Why don't you write out a diet that you think would be a good start and post it. Write out what you are going to have a each meal (try for 5-7 a day) and be sure to include meal timer (aprox. ever 2.5-3hrs). Also at the bottom write the daily total amount of calories/protien/carbs/fat. Once you do that it will be a lot eaiser for you to see what you have to do to reach your goal. It will also be a lot easier for everyone here to help you reach your goal!

    peace
