Add healthy fats to your list

    Extra virgin olive oil
    Flax seed oil
    Nuts,walnuts,almonds
    Avocados

I do all groups together while bulking with all my meals except post workout. (Whey,Dex) and my last meal I will sometimes not add carbs at all.

I am not a fan of adding potatoes or corn to my meals due to their high GI rating. The rice is good if it's brown rice.
