invest in a 25 lb bucket of whey and get a ton of carb powder. whenever you are on the road or busy, a meal can always be 100g protein + 100g carb powder in a shake. 800 cals and suck it back and their is a meal
and i am assuming down to 73 kg?
yeah its a mind game to. a couple days of not eating as much and down weight its so annoying i hear ya
