    Never used either but optimun usally has good products,i myself use either x-tend or power shock.

    I use muscle feast BCAA 8:1 its inexpensive. However it taste disgusting!

    never buy them plain always get the grape flavor. Tastes pretty good when dieting

    If you want pure BCAA - just buy it in bulk.
    in States you can get them from :

    PureBulk , they used to be cheap but price of leucine increased so you have to pay more now
    NutraBio has most of powders

    in Europe couple good sources for pharmaceutical grade powders are :
    OnSaleSupplements and bulksupplementsdirect

    If you dont like pure BCAA when just go for Scivation Xtend or Dymatize Recoup.
