well im a newbie to this site too man but really i suggest if you wanna loose fat but minimal muscle then eat around 300- 350g protein a day an about 300g carbs a 70 or so gram of fat ,if not losing weight simply reduce carbs till you are,it aint rocket science,eat less food than you need for maintenance you will lose weight,or if keeping muscle isnt an issue simply lower intake till your losing weight,also the sugar intake may be a prblem as obviously its all well sugar an that in its self can promote fat storage,but like i say all you really can do is keep dropping food intake till you lose weight,also what kind of weight loss have you achieved so far?lbs a week month etc
