    back in shape

    hi guys looking for info on getting back into shape was in really good shape last year but after a 6 month break from training iv gone up from 190 pounds to 210 pounds iv started dieting again mostly protein very low carbs was even thinking of the atkins diet to really kick start the weight loss but im going to start a cycle of steroids again here is what i was thinking.

    Week Trenbolone Anavar Clenbuterol Winstrol
    1 75mgs/day 40mgs/day 40mcg /day 50mgs/day
    2 75mgs/day 40mgs/day 40mcg /day 50mgs/day
    3 75mgs/day 40mgs/day 40mcg /day 50mgs/day
    4 75mgs/day 40mgs/day 40mcg /day 50mgs/day
    5 75mgs/day 40mgs/day 40mcg /day 50mgs/day
    6 75mgs/day 40mgs/day 40mcg /day 50mgs/day
    7 75mgs/day 40mgs/day 40mcg /day 50mgs/day
    8 75mgs/day 40mgs/day 40mcg /day 50mgs/day
    with two shakes of gold standard whey protein
    training is going to be resistance training with cardio 6 days a week training was thinking of the p90x training program as i find it really good to drop body fat anyone know is this a good way to go?

    On what did you base this cycle?

    What does your diet look like?

    For a lousy 20 lb and 6 months of no gym, I'm thinking you can clean up your diet & get back in the gym and get some results within 8 weeks w/o the cycle.

    iv based it on a course iv done before but that was heavy lifting now all i want is the beach bod my diet is eggs with chicken for breakfast protein shake at around 10 or 11 lunch is steak or chicken dinner is some kind of meat protein shake after training just want to get results really quick
