    Needs some advise on a healthy diet.

    Okay guys here is what I usually get on the norm..

    Red beans or White Beans
    Lean Ground Turkey (Turkey tacos, or burgers)
    5oz Chicken Breast
    Brown rice
    Veggies
    Peanut Butter n Apple Jelly 100% whole wheat bread
    2 protein shakes Hydro 60grams
    Drank water (sometimes a diet coke)

    What else should i add into my routine? Im not big on fish btw.

    Olive oil, flax oil, fish oil, whole eggs, egg whites, oatmeal, cottage cheese

    depends on your goal, when trying to gain weight I eat alot of peanut butter [by itself, no bread/jelly] add olive oil to shakes, lots of whole milk, extra carbs etc.

    If you're going for the opposite keep all your protein sources but remove as much of the excess as possible without going too far under your maintenance calories. To control hunger eliminate the really calorie dense foods like peanut butter, olive oil, switch to skim milk, less carbs etc. You can cut with them if you count the calories but you'll be hungry all the time.
