this is what my diet was before I moved jobs
6.30am porridge banana and a protein shake
8.30am two boiled eggs
10.30 Two dry toast ( white bread) beans and a fried egg
1.30pm chicken with broccoli and rice/potatoes
4.30pm chicken sandwich with light mayo on brown bread
5.30pm family dinner
7.30pm protein shake
As I moved jobs and I couldn't afford the shakes and shite my diet changed alot but now my body has given up on the diet
6.30am cornflakes with full fat milk
8.30am toast with fruit jam/fruit juice water
10.30am toast with beans
2pm chicken casserole/ chicken and broccoli pie /water
5pm ham, cheese and pickle sandwich with water
7.30pm yoghurt with fruit
Any ideas?
I would like I suggestion
Things to bare in mind ( pain in the butt though I have to mention it)
I tried eating porridge with eggs but it made me throw up
I have limited breaks at work ( two half hours or one half and two quarter hours depending on whos in charge that night
I am also limited to things you can microwave because when the canteen shuts your can't use the oven at work.
HELP
I can just about afford some protein powder at the moment

WTH is porridge? Oatmeal?
I'm with Jodi. What are you trying to do? Gain mass or cut?
I am trying to build muscle mass, so I guess I am bulking for the moment, I only weight 123lbs. Which seems pretty skinny but I have only been training for three months.
So with ALL this in mind any ideas?

$hit sorry porridge is like oatmeal but I guess it's ,well it's coarser, I have never tried oatmeal but I cam guess that porridge is not as smooth as oatmeal
