    How do you guys do it?

    I'm not a rookie to eating clean, but I'm an AS virgin. Just started my first cycle. I eat clean about 90% of the time and eat consistently every 2-3 hours.

    Obviously I'm trying to up my caloric intake significantly. I am eating CONSTANTLY throughout the day and at the end of the night, I'm still only at about 4K calories.

    What can you recommend to boost the caloric intake. Keep in mind I'm eating in on a strict 2-3 hour schedule. It feels like I'm eating so much I just can't possibly eat anymore. I have to force myself to eat as it is.

    if youre not doing much cardio, its a good way to up your appetite. also, bigger guys need more food. so depending on your size, 4000 cals could be good for you and your goals.

    eating high cals and clean is very hard compared to eating 70% clean, of course.

    fruit helps stimulate the hunger!!
    drink 100% juice orange and cranberry
    get your fats in natty pb is awesome
    get a decent mass gainer



    getting alot of calories can be fun but a pain at the same time cheers


    oh ya and.... HOW BAD DO YOU FUCKING WANT IT??

    you dont need to be doing super high calorie, that is all hype. as long as you have between 4-5 thous you are good. nasser was never a big eater and says he only ate 3.5-4 thous a day

    Most definitely! I guess I really didn't think that 4K might be sufficient for me. I'm 6'1, 190 (at start of cycle) I did go out and buy a decent mass gainer. It's fairly clean and is 1200 cals per 4 scoops, and 122 grams of protein. I divide that shake in 2 throughout the day. The other 3K cals, I try to get through whole food, but it's still tough..

    I do throw in 2 HIIT cardio days per week and I do seem like I'm a lot hungrier on those days..

    Make a protein shake with ground oats, peanut butter, and olive oil

    you don't even taste the olive oil so don't worry about that but it's an easy couple hundred cals, and eat a couple spoonfuls of peanut butter whenever you get the chance. My appetite's not great usually so really calorie dense shit like that helps alot

    +1 for the protein shake. I blend up 2C egg whites, 2C whole milk, 2Tbsp PB, 1sc. whey isolate, 1Tbsp evoo, & 2/3C oats. It's good shit.

    yeah if you try to eat 100% clean it's gonna be far more difficult. It's okay to eat a bit dirty on a bulk, just don't get ridiculous with it. Meet your protein requirement, account for the calories you're eating and you'll be fine
