Those of you who know me a little may know that I have always had issues eating above what I need to maintain. I can hold my weight well, but jumping up is hard. I have been training on and off for 3 years now and am currently training as a powerlifter. The reason I have had issues eating enough if that my body always didn't like much food. Not so much picky eating, but just not hungry often enough. I'm a nice build, not an ectomorph or endomorph, but not jacked to the gills. This new article on my blog was a really nice piece to write because I know a ton of people struggle with eating enough and are greeted with "nut up and eat more." which is hard. So here it is, I really hope it helps someone
Thanks for taking the time to write this man, I'm gonna take a look now. I have the same problem kind of, I can force down food and put on some weight but it sucks. As soon as I slack off I stop eating as much and the weight comes right back off
See I usually end up puking if I eat too much extra.. Which for some reason isnt much.. Lol.. I know a few other tricks but imma get a whole bag of them under my belt before I write a sequel to it..
ok i admit it, i fucking HATE food.
sevral weeks through my first real bulk, any food makes me gag, every meal is force fed. its muchh harder to eat a crazy number of calories while eating clean, so ive been eating not so clean.
weed helps but I find myself craving cheetos and icecream more than anything lol
I used to eat like 5-6 small meals a day, but I've found since trying to get all my cals in 3-4 meals my stomach has stretched and I feel hungry more often. Plus I eat peanut butter straight out of the jar and use whole milk/olive oil in all my shakes for easy cals. Prepping your food in bulk so it's always ready helps too
Yes periods of lost apetite mostly due to bordom of same old boild chicken, baked fish etc. I'm working a lot so icook for whole week n its have to be quick. Eating out for one its expensive second fast food function it.if you people got some suggestion go ahead ill take any if they make sense
no pct is needed..but be careful man the gains are scary fast
and honestly.. marinade your chicken breasts differently.. you end up with more flavor really easily.. I use olive oil as the base of all my marinades and just mix stuff I know is great.. also stabbing the chicken with a fork helps it absorb more of the stuff so just attack it a bunch and it'll end up better
I didn't read the blog but look, lets face it. Some of our bodies are not meant to be but so big. it's ok. Granted, if you want to get bigger, then you're in for a challenge if you can't eat. I was 270 about a year ago. I knew the whole time that my body didn't like to or "supposed" to be that high regardless of the fact that yes i was the strongest I've ever been. Risk vs Reward.
