First, do you have some fucking disorder or what? Your grammar is all messed up, is hard to read.

Second, at 11 pm you could eat cottage cheese (about 200-250g) with 1 table spoon of flax oil. And don't drink 3 spoons of olive oil at 7 pm. Take 1 spoon at 12 and 1 spoon at 3 pm (over some vegetables).

You don't really need to eat more meals if you don't want to. It helps if you don't have a big appetite though. If you're just trying to squeeze in some extra calories make another whey shake with whole milk and olive oil/peanut butter. You can get a ton of calories in that way no problem.

    Ok sorry dude.

That nutrition plan you wrote is about 190g of protein, that's cool.
You can buy flax seed oil in any health store or supermarket, and is very cheap. It's full of Omega 3 and other healthy stuff.
You can substitute cottage cheese for something else like beef, egg whites, tuna, chicken, other fish, casein shake...

I'm kinda on a tight budget as well but whey protein is definitely cheaper than meat. Milk and eggs are other cheap sources of protein. I didn't add it up but I trust nightwolf that it's about 190g's protein which is plenty. So really you just need more calories. The more calorie dense the easier it will be to get it in, carbs of course are always easy but personally I like to get more cals from fats instead. That's why olive oil, whole milk, and peanut butter are staples in my bulking diet. I keep my protein intake roughtly the same and play with the carbs/fats depending on whether I'm trying to lose or gain weight.

I know it goes against common bodybuilding wisdom, but many people will agree with me that it's ok to eat a little bit "dirty" if it helps you hit your macros. Obviously that doesn't mean pizza and ice cream every day but if you're having trouble getting the calories in loosen up a bit and eat what you have to. As long as you account for the calories your results will be the same. I spent like two years at the same weight because I was trying to bulk on nothing but chicken, steak, rice, oats etc. It's just not practical for me at least. I have no problem cutting as my appetite isn't that big, gaining weight is the problem and relaxing my diet a bit has helped immensely.

Just a critique bro, your chest looks good but bring up your delts and start hitting the back harder. You got a good base just keep putting in the work and stick with your diet, it takes a while man

Overhead press, front/side/rear laterals, rows, and weighted chins should bring up your lagging parts. Not sure what your legs look like but don't neglect them!

Ha thanks I'm far from massive though, just spent alot of time reading up on what the actual big guys do lol. Work on your pullups though for sure, that'll bring up your whole back but I don't think there's anything that can beat em for lats. Once you can do 12 or so go buy a dip belt and start adding weight.

Back routine is real simple for me, pullups, rows, shrugs, deadlift. Switch out barbell rows for dumbell once in a while and hit the rear delts on shoulder day. Arms and shoulders need some isolation at least for me but compounds are all you need for a good back imo.

You can't spell or read right, but somehow you found your way onto a bodybuilding forum, discuss various aspects of training and diet, and you ask for advice on/want to use AAS? Sorry bro, not buying it.
