    Bulk diet

I'm 173lb, 5'8 9%bf and seem can't add anymore weight. I did up my carbs, but that didn't work.
I would eat, and drink anything clean ,with less to no cholesterol.
I don't know if i'm over training or my diet is not to point.

    I up carbs;
    Oatmeal by 1/2cup
    Potato By 3oz
    Almond butter by 1tbl.

    Here is the diet.

    7am
    10egg whites 1yolk
    1cup oatmeal
    1grapefruit
    1mutivitamin ( muscle stack )
    1vitamin B complex
    2fish oil
    1probiotic

    10am
    8oz. Ground beef 97%lean
    5oz. Potato
    5g fiber drink

    1pm
    2scoop isopure protein
    5g glutamine

    3pm
    8oz. Chicken breast
    5oz. Potato
    1cup Spinach
    1cup broccoli
    6 big asparagus

    6pm
    2scoop isopure protein
    5g glutamine
    1tbs almond butter

    9pm
    8oz. Tilapia
    2 rice cake
    1cup Spinach
    1cup broccoli
    6 big asparagus

Note: I drink 2 1/2 gallon of water a day, hitting weights 5x a week.

    Appreciate.
    Thanks

Holy crap man! I bet your kidneys are getting a serious workout! I would be peeing all over the place if I drank that much.

Anyways, you may have to drop the volume. I dropped from 3x10 for every bodypart 2 times a week, to 1 working set for each exercise and doing each group 3 times in 2 weeks. Gained 20lbs with almost no change in my diet.

How many sets/reps are you using? How many exercises per bodypart?

7am <--------------- Cool. You can eat 2-3 more yolks. Eat 150g of oatmeal (I use metric system, don't use cups and whatnot) (about 93g of carbs)
    10egg whites 1yolk
    1cup oatmeal
    1grapefruit
    1mutivitamin ( muscle stack )
    1vitamin B complex
    2fish oil
    1probiotic

10am <--------------- Cool. You can up the potatoes to 10 oz.
    8oz. Ground beef 97%lean
    5oz. Potato
    5g fiber drink

1pm <--------------- Can't have only whey. It needs to be a blend of protein (ai Syntha 6, ProV60 etc.). Don't need Glutamine.
    2scoop isopure protein
    5g glutamine

3pm <--------------- Cool. Up the potatoes to 10 oz.
    8oz. Chicken breast
    5oz. Potato
    1cup Spinach
    1cup broccoli
    6 big asparagus

6pm <--------------- Is this your postworkout shake? If not than same as 1pm meal.
    2scoop isopure protein
    5g glutamine
    1tbs almond butter

9pm <--------------- Cool. Drop rice cake because carbs hinder GH release.
    8oz. Tilapia
    2 rice cake
    1cup Spinach
    1cup broccoli
    6 big asparagus

    I drink 2 1/2 gallon of water a day <--------------- Jesus

    ------------------------------------

When do you workout? I think you need more carbs and 1-2 tbsp of oil (flax or olive oil).

To the reply, I think I drink more than 2 1/2 gallons, during my work out I sip on another 1/2 gallon. Should I down my water intake? ( I'm pissing every 45 minutes ) maybe I'm pissing all my nutrition out. I did drop the ricecake for brownrice. ( 1cup )

    Here's my workouts
    4set x 10-12reps 5 r 6 days a wk,@ 1hr
    Hitting 2 bodyparts a week

I mix everything up: superset, dropset, heavy, aleast two r 3 big compound in my excise.

And droping the glutamine? I like to be lean, and eating clean as possible while doing this bluk. I will up 2 more oz of carbs, total of 10oz, and see what happen, but should I also up my fats, protein for lean muscle ?

    Thanks!

---> At what time of the day do you workout? <---

I think 2 gallons of water is max you need.

I would do 4 workouts a week max, hitting every part once a week.
Something like Chest+biceps, Back+triceps, Shoulders+calves+abs, Quads+Hamstrings. Or whatever program you find suitable.

Glutamine is a waste IMO. It can be a worth supplement, mostly to endurance athletes, and it needs to be taken in larger amounts every day. I would replace that glutamine with 10-15g of BCAA 30 min before workout.

You eat plenty of protein, maybe even too much. Don't forget to swap that whey protein at 1pm and 6pm with some blend of proteins (Syntha 6 for example).
For carbs, if you eat 1 cup of oatmeal + 2x 10 oz potatoes = 166g of carbs
I need to know when are you working out during the day.
Than I will change your diet plan to suit you.

Okay buddy, I workout around 2 n 3pm. I'm going to take BCAA instead of glutamine, and change up my protein to BSN Syntha6.

If you are taking Size On, than don't drink Gatorade.
Also you could try to up the carbs once a week, like an extra 200-300 carbs that day from rice, oatmeal, potatoes, pasta etc. Spread it out in 2-3 meals of your choice, just don't in the last 1-2 meals.

    No problem! Good luck
