Can you give us the synopsis? From your post, I guess the adage "sugar is sugar" isn't correct.

Tex can you be a little more specific with your question? A little confused on what you are asking me bro. Thanks!

    Sugar:The Bitter Truth

This seminar with Dr Robert Lustig is excellent.

    Living The Low Carb Life

Dr Johnny Bowden (PhD Nutrition) echoes the same information in his book, Living The Low Carb Life.

If you found Lustig's seminar interesting, you find Bowden's information even more educational.

    Finding Time

It not that you don't have time. You alway have time for things that you like or find important.

    Making Time

Everyone makes times for things they like for find important.

    What your saying.

You don't see enough value in this subject to take the time to learn about it.

Snap Shot Don't Tell You Much.

    texdoug,

    The Synopsis

    "Sugar is sugar" isn't correct.

    That IS the synopsis.

    "There Ain't NO Free Lunch."

One of the characteristics of successful individuals is they do what other don't or won't do. In plain English, they get off their ass and make it happen.

That means you DON"T learn much of anything from a synopsis. All you get is a snap shot rather than the whole picture.

    Organization of Thoughts

Would you perfer me to ramble aimlessly?

    Economy of Words and Thoughts

It's like writing a book or an article. You identify the content or subject. Then present it in an informative way
