    Smile Need advice 2

Sorry for all the stupid questions but this forum is gold for someone like me who does not have very many answers. Is eating wheat bread good I love sandwiches and since I can not eat any crackers I was wondering how many of you people eat wheat bread and how much in a week if you do eat it. For an example the Healthy Request bread that you can buy at any store just about. I understand no white bread that is a no no.
Otherwise how do you eat turkey burgers or hamburgers any tips? Thanks

Are you cutting? When I am cutting I stay away from the bread. Also whole wheat bread isn't that much better than white. Whole grain bread would be best becasue it is not processed like whole wheat or white. But I am not cutting I eat bread. Just don't go crazy. Try eating your burgers with out the bun.

Yeah it sucks. I really like eating my tuna on bread at lunch but I don't want to ruin my cut. I think you'll find that once you drop the bread, after a while you wont even think about eating it. I don't even eat that much bread when I am not cutting. I can't remeber the last time I had bread. lol

If you're not on a cutting plan...."some" bread should be fine...try 100% whole wheat or better yet....go to a natural foods store and find some rye or pumpernickel bread.

Yeah, but even when the package says 100% whole wheat it can be decieving. You really need to read the ingredients.

Try whole wheat stone ground bread. Freihofers is a good brand and it's whole wheat flour, not white bleach enriched flour.

There is also this company called Vermont Sweet (you can buy it at most grocery stores). They make 100% organic whole grain bread which is pretty good as well.

I agree, bread wont help you get the body fat down. Also when I am cutting and I eat bread I find that it blurs my lines.
