    Need help working these out..

    Ok so im trying to work out my new macros and i know im doing something wrong

    MEN: BMR = [9.99 x 77.5 (kgs)] + [6.25 x 170 (cm)] - [4.92 x 18 (years)] + 5 =

    2458412.69

    What am i doing wrong? Even when i workout it with Activity Factor

    comes out to 3687619.035

    Im currently bulking
    Am i on track or is this way off?..

    Why not use a free calculator online. You can find a lot on bodybuilding.com. Then, you can compare results.

    You weigh 170 lbs. Maintenance is usually about 15 x your bodyweight in lbs, which for you works out to about 2500 a day. To bulk, eat more than this.

    Hey bro,
    Your math is way off. Those numbers work to about 1950 calories. And this formula is way overcomplicated. I agree with the previous post. Start with about 15 x BW = daily maintenance caloric intake. More than that to get bigger, less than that to get leaner.

    You need to go back to math class and study order of operations.
