    Anyone done GOMAD while bulking?

Currently doing half a day (whole) and loving it. Really pushing my cycle gains. Dont think i'd want to do full gallon, as the fat wouldn't be worth it...but what are your experiences?

Many of my powerlifting buddies (the 250lb+ ones) do a gallon/day regularly.

I've heard some crazy GOMAD stories

When I was 18 I ate three regular meals per day. What I was always eating anyway, basically the same as I eat now.

Then on top of that I did one gallon of milk a day, which for me, was not easy since I hate milk.

I grew like crazy. Size XL tee shirts were getting too tight in the shoulders and sleeves very quickly.

Now, my metabolism and test level aren't what they used to be so I'm doing closer to only a quart a day.

I tried about half a gallon of whole milk a day...

I did start getting bigger but added more fat gains than normal so I ended that experiment...

If you are a power lifter or not to concerned about fat gains then this is a great option. You will grow in size and strength...

I personaly limit my milk to about 2 cups a day...

The problem with milk is the sugar content, to much sugar throughout the day by drinking a gallon...

I personally do most of my simple carbs post workout...

I know I can't. Last month I got extremely loose with my diet and drank 2l of chocolate milk every day for a month. In just 3 weeks I gained about 10 lbs, but.... I felt all swollen from the lactose and the gasses were unbearable
