Estimate my bodyfat pls? (my "before" pics)

I took some current pictures to keep track of progress, but wanted to post it here to ask if anyone could estimate my BF%. I know the number isn't everything, but a lot of articles and posts mention it, so I'm also just curious.

My analyzer scale says I'm 22% btw.

I've not been working out for the past 5 years, there wasn't time (seemingly) once I got married. I'm just getting back into the iron game, so this is my "before" pic.

Does anyone know a good reference guide online? I was hoping there was a bunch of "example" pictures per BF%, so I could compare with them and gauge my bodyfat, but haven't seen such a thing.

Other comments welcome, motivational and helpful ones preferred :-)

    Cheers,
    Crazy

    1) Accumeaure calipers are crap.

    2) You need to know how to use calipers.

    3) You need to be proficient in using them.

    4) There a plus/minus factor with them...meaning body fat measurement methods are more of a guess.
