    cheat day...?

So, I guess since my parents are visiting today was my cheat day..although not really..so far just had a cheat "mean" which was a cheeseburger at Tony Romas and it was DAMN GOOD!

so, does that count as a "cheat day"?

I was thinking about making a protein shake around 11pm before sleeping...maybe including a few spoonfuls of "no-sugar added" mint chocolate chip ice cream to my 2 scoops of Optimum...what ya'll think 'bout dat?

I'm cheating for the WHOLE weekend this week. Beer, Pizza, Nachos, etc will be on the table tomorrow to cheer the Raiders on.
(Ok, not the whole weekend, but I had to work today).

PSSSTTTT - If the Raiders win, I have another cheat day coming up

Try having some cottage cheese instead before you go to sleep. It is slow digesting casein and will help keep you in an anabolic state. A 16 ounce tub has 60 grams of protein.

The wrong thought crossed my mind this morning that totally changed my attitude towards staying fit....I said to myself "it's not like I'm going to be in some bodybuilding or fitness contest"

...after saying that it was all over...I started off with a chocolate chip cookie...ok ok...several chocolate chip cookies...in the afternoon I had a banana flavored ice cream dipped in chocolate. Dinner I ate a Hawaiian style chicken katsu...basically it's batter fried chicken strips served on top of white rice...a big mound of white rice...and on the side was a maccaroni salad...

indeed that was a bad thought! I sometimes think that, but then I think to myself, "hey, I'm doing this for multiple reasons...AND, who know? maybe I will be in a contest one day, you can't predict the future!"

I did end up having some cottage cheese. I just had a sweet craving, but didn't feel like stuffing myself!
