    Bulking question

Just came off 4 month cut 2200-2400 cal and under 200g carbs. Been on bulk 3300cals 20/45/35 for 10 days now and scale has went up 7lbs already seems a little fast or will body adjust and gains slow down?

^^^ Agreed. Though keep in mind OP, you don't want to just add a ton of calories right away. "Reverse dieting" is the best way to increase your calories IMO.

Two pounds less today than yesterday that supports water weight theory

I don't think you should do either.

I'm not trying to be a dick, but why would you ADD cardio when you are transitioning from a cut to bulk. It doesn't make sense. You are adding the calories so your body can use them to create muscle tissue, and cardio would just take them away again. If you are getting too fat too quickly, your calories are too high.

And when cutting, I don't think you should go "full bore" with cardio... you need to slowly add it in. And you shouldn't do any cardio on a cut until your calories are low enough that either 1)you feel you may be deficient in one or more micronutrients or fiber from your diet if you go lower or 2)you can't stand the thought of eating less food. THEN you add in cardio to take off some extra calories.

Basically, I believe caloric intake is key. Cardio is an ancillary to diet once the calories get super low.

Well 2weeks in weighed 194 today so when I was at 198 4 days ago must have been water weight. I'm hoping the 3-4 pounds I'm up is mostly muscle.
