    Super DMZ Lean Bulk!!

So im about to get a bottle of Super DMZ and am going to do a lean bulk, i was 195, and now im 186. I want to be in the 200+ area after the cycle but i want to be lean and have abs. So what kind of diet should i have? Would it be bad to have lots of carbs? i dont want to get fat and i usually eat tons of pasta on cycle. Would i get lean gains if i just ate allot but kept the fats low?
