    Diet for upcoming cycle

I will be running a cycle within the next couple of months. It is a bulking/mass cycle, however, it is not QUITE your typical dbol/deca/test cycle that causes major bloating. My boy GMO helped lay it out for me and it is designed for mass but it also minimizes the bloat as much as possible. SO, what I would like out of my diet is to come out as LEAN as possible at the end of this thing with as LITTLE body fat increase as possible...The cycle is below just so you know exactly what it is

    Wk 1-7 Test E 500mg/wk
    Wk 1-12 NPP 300-400mg/wk
    Wk 8-12 Test E 750mg/wk
    Wk 10-13 SuperDMZ 2caps ED
    Wk 1-13 Aromasin 12.5mg ED
    WK 1-12 HCG 250-500iu x2/wk
    Wk 1-12 Cabergoline 0.5mg x2/wk

    PCT:

    Clomid 100/100/75/50
    Aromasin 25/25/12.5/12.5

I know that a good macronutrient ratio for bulking is 30/50/20 (p/c/f) but I think I would like to try a 40/40/20 split.....

Anyway, here is the proposed diet and as it sits the diet is listed at 3500 calories. After losing a few more pounds and getting my body fat right where I want it I am going to prime for my cycle based on the guidelines from the sticky about priming and OCT.... so I'm not just jumping right onto 3500 calories immediately and obviously as the weeks pass I will be adding calories...Anywho, here it is, any tips or suggestions are gladly accepted.

One more thing, I will be eating vegetables as well as multi vitamins and fish oil caps. I just didn't include them in the diet below.

    WAKE UP

    1 scoop protein

    BREAKFAST

    3 eggs
    1.5 cups egg whites
    1 cup oats

    12 ounces chicken
    1.5 cups rice with salsa

    POST WORKOUT SHAKE

    2 scoops whey protein
little more than half cup of dextrose

    POST WORKOUT MEAL

    12 ounces chicken
    1.5 cups rice with salsa
    2 tbsp. peanut butter

    BEFORE BED

    4 cups milk
    1 scoop casein

    3500 calories/340g protein/340g carbs/85g fat

i think the only thing i would change is the before bed shake.... 4 cups of milk has a lot of sugar just do 1 cup milk mixed with one cup water with 2 scoops casein... maybe sub out rice for some oats or sweet potatoes sometimes so u dont get too bored with rice
