Take some whey, a blender, and some oats...That could help you some

I will be going out of town for four days and the hotel I am staying at does not have a fridgerator in the room. My diet at home is high protein with lean meats making up most of it and I eat frequent meals every few hours. Obviously I cannot bring these since I dont have a fridge. I thought for a second that maybe I could bring a cooler and just keep buying bags of ice throughout my stay to keep it cool but am not sure if that is practical.
I thought I could just eat larger meals and not eat as many meals and get protein bars for snacks. Do you guys have any recommendations? I thought there might be great alternatives that I might not know about.
Thanks!

Canned tuna is your friend![]()
I often have the same problem, as someone who travels A LOT for work. Here's how I always do it (assuming no fridge or microwave - if you have either, it's a ton easier)
Step 1) Find grocery store
Step 2) Enter grocery store
Step 3) Load up on
Canned chicken
Canned fish (tuna, salmon, sardines, mackerel - in oil is tastier and a cheap way to add fats)
Almonds and packs of other nuts/seeds
Whatever fruits are in season (apples, peaches, etc.)
Milk if you buy a small portion and can finish it quickly. Cereal if you must
Canned beans (kidney, pinto, black) are cheap and add flavor to simple meals.
HEALTHY Breads (none of that white stuff)
Raw veggies
As a last resort, precooked meals that don't have to be heated up (as long as they're healthy) and protein bars. However, your diet should be built around the canned chicken and fish, healthy brown breads, raw veggies, with fruits and nuts.
Let me know if you need any help, I'm kind of an expert in this area!

Go buy a cheap electric burner that plugs into the wall, a pan and some chicken/steak and start frying them up in the hotel room![]()

Four days?
Just four days?
Eat 3 big square meals, bring some whey powder if you're working out for those four days, but otherwise I'd say you're over-obsessing on your diet. As long as you're not chowing down your 3 meals at a Cheesecake Factory, it's not going to matter.
