I'm having trouble reaching around 500 grams in carbs
Couple of questions
Do they all have to be complex carbs?
I've been eating pasta,oats,sweet potato are there anything more carb Denise?
Why 500 carbs? How much protein and fat and total calories?

blending oats into your shakes makes it a lot easier

Fuuuuuuuu I'm jealous.. I wish I could only eat 500g and actually be satiated.. I need 600+ to even feel REMOTELY full![]()
