Atm ive kinda lost not a lot but a fair amount of ab defetion as i shot my carbs from idk i think i was getting...150 at the most too about 500G This past week, not a rapid gain in weight but a slow gram gains as ive been strict as but ive missed a fair bit of fats :\ anyway, is this belly looks like a beer belly, normal in bulking and something to worry about while cutting?.

i usually try by best to not go over 3x body weight. i try to do 2-3x bodyweight.
for example if you are 200lbs = 400-600g carbs.
if you were 150lbs = 300-450g carbs
