Hello, I guess ill start out with my name and why i am on here. My name is Billy and im 21 years old. I love weight lifting and i want some more. As of right now im the biggest and strongest iv ever been. I just completed my first cycle of Tren and test as of 2 days ago. I gained about 20 lbs in 6 weeks. I gained about 120 lbs on my bench in that time and also my arms grew an inch and a half. I put on alot of bulk and for my off cycle i still want to bulk up. Im 199 lbs atm and id like to add 40 more lbs soon. But i wanna cut up on my next cycle in 8 weeks. I need some help making a new workout scheduled and also maybe some tips on what to eat?
My diet as consisted of
Mornings- Eggs, Chicken, Oatmeal, and peanut toast. i also juice fruit and veggies.
2 hours later a shake.
Lunch-2 Hambergers and fri's, Or a sandwich.
2 hours later a shake
2 hours later i shake agin when i get home/ before i workout.
I eat 2 Oreo cookies before i workout.
workout for 1-3 hours.
Dinner, Chicken and rice. Or chicken and eggs. or hamburgers.
Is this a good diet for beefing up? or what can i do to make it better?
I dont know how.. lmao.. I do 3 work outs per muscle and 4 sets of each 3. and i ussually take 2-3 minute breaks between each set... Maybe i should do muscle groups that dont work eachother on the same days? Like mondays ill do chest and tri's because they work together... so instead i should maybe try chest and biceps? and on tuesday do maybe back and tri's? something like that?
Hey there - good to see the young ones tearing it up.
Two things:
1. FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal - kindly drop in there, start a free account, enter your food and report back with the grams protein, carb, fat, and total calories (ignore percentages, just give me grams and calories for the whole day).
2. write up, in detail, your current lifting programme and a ballpark on where you figure your bodyfat is.
I'll add that 21's a little young to be running gear, but you're already doing it so let's make sure you get the most out of what you do. Welcome to the board.

I also need to know if it'd be better for me to just train each muscle group only once a week? My friend is HUGE. hes 22 years old and got 20 inch arms. and cut the to the teeth... why he don't do magazines or something i haven't a clue. but he said i should try just one muscle group a day? and that he thinks im over training?

But i also take about 3-4 protein shakes a day. so at 25 grams x 3 = 75-100 extra grams of protein witch is about what i need for my body weight. Correct?

Protein's too high - it'll feel too filling, and make it too hard to get in the calories. Raise your carbs, drop your protein to about 300-350g. Up your fats if you need to get in the calories and carbs are filling you up too much. I highly recommend white rice for the carbs - white rice is the right kind of carb (glucose polymer), cooks fast and won't fill you up.

A little more carbs, I'd say. Drop those oreos or some of the fries, get in a better source of carbs.
What was your cycle like? How much body fat did you gain?

Id say i didnt gain to much body fat to even tell really.. I walk a shit ton and lift stuff all day long so that prolly kept me from gaining alot of body fat. But i think i actually lost body fat while on cycle. and i take the 2 oroes to spike my insulin levels before i workout.. and someone also told me to east some gummy bears after a workout because the good carbs or something like that after a workout. im not to sure... wasn't paying alot of attention.
