clean bulking is good it doesn't have to be chicken and rice
in fact, getting your protein source from various sources is beneficial
try fish, steak, eggs, chicken, etc and put them in the right time,
plus try oatmeal rice sweet potatoes and etc and 4000 + calories is easy

I hear ya bro. What time do you get up and eat your first meal? Maybe you could try to get your first meal in earlier so you can add one later in the day. Or you could try adding a little bit to all of the meals you are eating already. Honestly though, if you want to throw a little junk in there to get your calories up it probably isnt a big deal. Key word being a "little" though.
