    Tell me if I'm thinking right

    Just finished 3weeks of bulking eating 3340 per day gained 4lbs did this to shock system been dieting for long time and to maybe grow some muscle. Well now I'm going to cut back to 2840(maintenance) and add cardio back. Then when that loss slows down I can cut back some more. Want to see 180's for first time in adult life then maybe 170's at that point i should be ready to gear up.

    I haven't lost a pound on the scale in 3 months but, am burning fat and adding muscle. I do take an occasional break in the program but most of the time I am high protein 50% 25%c 25%F and under maintnenanace all week except for a cheat meal
    of like this weekend a full blown carb load. I am 50 and and on TRT so that helps adding muscle and losing fat @ the same time.

    what were your levels when they put you on trt? has it made a difference? im 42 my test was 400 and free was 86 last time it was checked. how high are your levels now? im eating 20%f 45%c 35%p i've chosen to eat in a way i can maintain for the rest of my life dont want to be a rebound dieter.
