Thumbs up 604guy's diet for bulking - Grade me!

Bros and brahs and the half's grade my food intake, not the most perfect diet but this is what I stuff into my stomache:

-strip loin grilling steak (remove fat)
    -chicken thighs (remove fat, skinless)
    -skim milk
    -oatmeal
-whole eggs + liquid egg white
    -organic peanut butter
    -whole wheat bread
-Japanese kokuho premium white rice (I know brown is better)
    -dole pineapple juice 100%
    -coke zero
    -spring water
    -olive oil
    -barbecue sauce
    -cashews (unsalted)
    -broccoli
-extra lean groud beef patties (15% or less fat)
    -yellow onions
    -dairyland 2% cottage cheese
    -yam
    -pacific cod fish
    -reese's pieces (junk)

That's all I put in my stomache 95% of the time.

Give me a letter grade and give me one thing I can improve on other than **chicken thighs, white rice and reeses pieces** which is an obvious.

    Fire away!

for steak and chicken...if its a bulking diet, why are you removing the fat? yes im guessing you get it mainly from the pb and olive oil, but saturated fat isn't as bad as some say...

and if you know brown is better than why are you eating white?
if it is the flavor, try adding some chicken or veggie broth to the water while cooking it..that might help..

    Hi 604Guy,
I agree with stfuandliftbtch. For the chicken and steak, not all saturated fat is as bad as people tend to think... plus it is a bulking diet.

    Otherwise it's a diet I envy. I'd give it an A.
