This is when the EC stack can come in handy or the use of yohimbine hcl. That would be 200mg caffeine/25mg ephedrine hcl (2 times a day) and or you can use 8-12mgs of yohimbine hcl in place of the ephedrine, both have the same MOA.

What is your diet like? If you are working out and eating right regularly, 99.9% of the time stomach fat is the first thing that you see go down. I personally would cut your carbs and no sugar, and stack CLA and Fish Oil along with 6 days of intense cardio. Protein shakes are good fillers in between meals, I eat 2 grams of protein for every pound of body fat that I have and some. Just a thought bro, hope you do well!!!

I got insanity work out form a friend, which is massive cardio.

I have been eating oats in the morning. tuna fish + fruit for lunch. some sort of protein for mid meal, then some kind of noodle and meat for dinner along with yogurt.

Just stuff i figured might help. Really not guided for what to eat just guessing... what would you recommend to burn the most fat the quickesT?

I dont lift weights really. when i do i dont push myself due to the fact no one is usually around n dont want to get by stupid weights.

also my pectorials are.... less then perfect or man boobs as some would say... what would you say is the best exercise for burning the fat off that. (lol next rapper) ... (<-- that was gay...)

    what you guys think?

BTW you can't spot reduce so the best thing is just to keep doing what you are doing to continue with bodyfat reduction. You will be losing it proportionally across your body, relative to where you carry more or less fat cells.

Given you are doing primarily cardio it sounds like, you're not going to be building any muscle mass. It doens't have to be ultra heavy - you can certainly decent workouts w/ machines, and free weights are goot to train w/ to exercise your body's balance. I have been training on my own for most of the last 30 yrs.

It would also help if you can list out the amounts of food you are eating - you can put it all into a food counts program like FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal to know how much you are really consuming towards your goals.

Try High Intensity Interval Training, it's a really good fat loss workout. It might help to target that belly fat. Try it on the treadmill first, I used to do it outside and was having a hard time keeping my speeds consistent so I gave in and bought a treadmill from Nordictrack Coupons- Nordic Track Coupon Code and Promotion Codes for really cheap and have found it tons easier. Also a high protein low carb diet should help that as well. Way to go losing the other fat, and the best of luck to you on that stubborn tummy!
