    Mineral deficiency

    Is there any way to tell if you have a vitamin or mineral deficiency other then going to your doctor like any home kits or any thing id be curious to test it out...

    I am not sure if there are any home kits, at least I have never heard of them, What makes you think you have a deficiency? The best way would be blood work at your primary docs office.

    Minerals deficiency may be the reason of the unhealthy diet.Take proper diet it will make you stronger and make you body and skin look haelthy
