    Belly Fat Bulkin..

    hey all ive gained a fair amount of belly fat while bulking for some reason.
    i meet all my macros, 300G of protein 500 Carbs 50 G of Fats, but im bulking till im 80 im currently 77 Should i cut or just go to 80 and then cut to 75 then?

    That's too much carbs bro. I doubt you need more than 250-300.
    300 g of protein is plenty, you can increase fat (olive/flax oil, nuts...) by 50-75 g and drop the carbs to 250-300 g taken only in the morning, some in a meal before workout and rest of the carbs in the PWO shake and in the solid meal after shake.

    Carbs only in the morning? Ok I've heard of that before but thought I was only for cutting and that :/ that explains alot the rest is turning into fat then..

    No no, you didn't understand me. I said carbs in the morning(oatmeal)/some in the meal 1.5-2h preworkout(rice, potatoes, yams...)/post workout shake(simple carbs)/solid meal post workout(rice, yams, potatoes, pasta...).

    Less carbs 500g to much
    250-300 is plenty of protein

    yeah man bulking is bulking ur gonna gain some fat in the process , jus drop ur carbs down like op said . and jus keep pounding away at it. then next time around do a cut . are u bulking natural ?

    Yea completely as in young of age I don't want to bring in any roids maybe down the track when older
