Simple and easy is tuna mixed with greek yogurt, but for better seafood choices eggs and crab meat with some low fat cheese is really good, wild salmon topped with honey mustard, crab cakes made with egg whites, shrimp with salsa and so on

Fish is one of the best sources of protein. Have real fish outside of can (e.g. salmon, trout) at least once a week, maybe twice.
Canned sardines or tuna are very tasty and high in protein. Very easy for post-workout.

If you're talking seafood and not fish -
Shrimp is a damn tasty treat if you're bulking.
    Oysters supposedly raise testosterone.
Octopus and Squid are very low in fat and high in protein. Almost pure protein (Wolfram|Alpha: Nutrition Facts: octopus: saturated fat, trans fat, ...)
