Skip out on the weight and muscle gainer. Expensive and just a bunch of overpriced sugar. Get some chicken breasts, ground (mince) meat, and some healthy bread/carbs to eat it with. More vegetables too, try to get some broccoli, peas. Your diet is also too low in fat - you need fat for your cells' health, and don't forget that your testosterone will drop if you're not getting in enough fat.

base your Diet on real food not protein powders
and Low saturated fat diets lower your growth and sex hormone production
and High carbohydrate diets increase insulin sensitivity and increase food cravings, fat storage
So your plan is not a good idea
Try to eat real unprocessed foods
Limit carbs to 100 grams
Eat plenty of animal protein eggs and flesh
Add saturated fat , organic butter, coconut oil

Chicken, red meat, eggs ,broccoli, peas, 3 shakes a day and some whole grains. Seems to work
