    Low Sodium Foods For Bloating

Wow, I really never knew sodium could cause so much bloat or excess. I was wondering why my face and stomach look bloated but I don't have a ton of body fat and i've been eating cleaner (or so I thought). So now i'm really going to watch my sodium intake, problem is I don't want to under-eat and lose muscle. What are your fav. low sodium foods? I have to completely make a new diet.

Anything else you recommend? I'm really trying to cut while adding LMB, so far its going well besides my stomach and face look bloated.

Is there something out there that I can use that tastes like salt, but isn't bad for me? I'm sure of it, my eyes are just so tired from researching about how sodium can really effect bloating.

Try increasing your potassium intake, and be sure to drink plenty of water. The bloating should settle down if that's the reason.

What would you say would be the correct amount of water? Increase potassium? Very interesting, can you explain why? I'm hoping that the bloat I have in my face is also partly in my stomach, besides my stomach I have very little fat anywhere.

Decrease salt intake and increase water consumption. Have you looked at any food intolerances? What specific product are you consuming that is high in sodium?

Try something sweetened with glucose sometime. You may be surprised at how much more comfortable you'll be.

Is there anything I should expect (as far as feeling) besides less bloat looking by lowering sodium?
